◆將取樣器內桿向上拉（若想取一個點的 樣品，將取樣器插入到想取樣的點后，拉內桿；若想取由上到下一條線上的樣品，則需將取樣器內桿保持拉開狀態，并緩慢插入液體中，讓取樣器在插入液體的過程中，相應部位的液體進入取樣器）
